Psychotherapist

(she/her)

Do you feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, but aren’t sure how to break free? Do you struggle to fully embody your autonomy and sense of empowerment? It’s essential to find a therapist who truly understands and meets you where you are.

Jess believes that each person is the expert of their own experience—but that doesn’t mean they have to face challenges alone. Her approach is warm, gentle, and grounded in compassion, with a deep respect for each client’s values and strengths. She believes everyone deserves to experience joy and live in alignment with their most authentic self. In therapy, she helps clients navigate their emotions, nurture self-esteem, define what healing means to them, and build the life they envision.

Jess is especially passionate about supporting individuals living with chronic pelvic pain and chronic illnesses. In her work, she guides clients in connecting with their inner resilience, uncovering strengths, and developing skills that foster deeper connection, hope, and well-being.

Jess holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lock Haven University. She is also an RYT-500 and Restorative Yoga Teacher, specializing in mindful meditation. Jess also holds a bachelor’s degree in Integrative Media and Art, as well as a master’s degree in Education, and is certified in Telemental Health.
