Psychotherapist

(she/they)

I believe the ways we learned to survive in the past often shape how we feel and relate in the present. My work focuses on helping individuals and couples understand and heal those deeper wounds, so they can experience more freedom, connection, and authenticity in their lives now.

I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and the lasting impact of difficult or traumatic upbringings. Many of my clients are neurodivergent and or queer, and are carrying the exhaustion of feeling misunderstood, masked, or “too much” for the spaces they’ve been in. Therapy becomes a place where you don’t have to perform, where we can slow down and make sense of what your mind and body have been trying to protect you from.

Together, we explore how your relationships, identity, and early experiences have shaped your patterns, and how those patterns are showing up in your life today. My approach is experiential, relational, and trauma-informed, which means we don’t just talk about what’s wrong, we work with what’s happening in the moment to create new experiences of safety, clarity, and connection.

I have a particular passion for supporting adults with complex or developmental trauma, as well as couples who want to build relationships that honor each partner’s identity, nervous system, and needs.
