I will work with you to find stability within yourself utilizing somatic based therapies and existential exploration. Together we will take the journey in transcending beliefs, habits and thoughts that are no longer serving you.
I believe that wellness encompasses the mind, body and spirit. I am passionate about working with clients that are feeling stuck in hurtful cycles. My goal as your therapist is to help strengthen your connection to who you are. My clinical practice is informed by a holistic perspective including existential exploration, somatic and mindfulness techniques.

Faith holds both a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kutztown University. When she’s not working, Faith enjoys hiking with her elder dog, Lucy.
